-Advised, negotiated, planned structures, and drafted various documents concerning various cross-border investments for both inbound and outbound matters through various methods, especially by establishing joint ventures and conducting M&A involving Chinese companies and Japanese companies.

-Counseling on various cross-border litigation and arbitration disputes concerning breach of M&A agreements, termination of distributorship agreements and product liability claims.

-Appointed by the court as a trustee in the corporate reorganization procedure of a big retail company with several billion dollars in debts and over several thousands of employees.

-Advised and prepared documents for Merger Concentration Control filings in China.
